    Duo 2 Nas - LMS

    Morning,
I have a Duo 2 Nas which was was running LMS. Hard drive failure has resulting in me replacing drives but i am now unable to find the guide on how to install LMS. I have read that the best option these days is to use a PI (which i may result too) but i wanted to give the Nas another try !

Can anyone point me in the right direction..

    Thanks in advance,

I'll second the Pi path (I'm a Duo v2 user, too!). You'll be limited to
LMS 7.9, might be able to run 7.9.4:

But do yourself a favour and get a Pi... :-)

I use picore, was this the best option to use ? I’ve used nfs share type, in lms I can see the first file but it doesn’t drop down to the specific music file - hope that makes sense ?

Did you read this documentation: https://docs.picoreplayer.org/how-to/add_network_share/ ?
This document is for a Synology NAS using NFS share type, and there is a reference to a NAS configuration document on the Synology website. As far as I know the Duo 2 NAS is not Synology, but I would expect that configuration is similar.

Have you configured the Duo 2 to allow NFS connections? You usually have to enter the IP address of the pi somewhere.
