Forum slow to load. Anyone else notice?

For the last 2-3 days I've found this forum very slow to load.
I have no other problems with my network.

Sometimes recently it has gone offline completely but seems Ok at the moment.

I had a database timeout report recently.
Last time I noticed this there was a report from Michael not long after to say that someone/something had been flooding (accidentally I think) the server with requests.
