"System Error" Message on a Radio

Never seen this before: one, just the red one, of the Radios had on the screen this morning "System Error - the device had to restart because of a system error" (or some such message). There was an option to allow or deny reporting of this. There may have been an error code, but I didn't see it before trying to run a preset radio stream. Everything is now normal. But I've never seen that message before. Anywhere I can look in Logging for a clue?

I have seen this message, quite infrequently.

I just enable "allow" and carry on

    I don't worry about it
