Just updated, via fresh install, two RPI4 B 2gb devices with the pCP 64 bit. One RPI is connected, via USB, to an RME ADI-2 DAC, the other RPI4 has a HiFiBerry dac+ Pro hat connected to an AV receiver via RCA. So far, all is fine---music playing on both devices without any issues.

I added a udev rule as described here
    https://github.com/ralph-irving/sque...ment-733747460
for my Topping E30 to my pCP 7 beta. Will this survive an update to stable. If not has the extension been added to pCP?

Make sure you are not on the sourceforge mirror, its been acting up again. On the bottom right of the screen it should say "pCP Main Repo"

If you are on the main repo, can you tell me where you are located?

So if this is all working correctly....

On the pCP LMS web page....Select Development branch

Size: 22.9 KB

Then Click "Update LMS" and do the manual update. If you happen to want to change from Development back to Release or stable, you will need to check the "Allow Downgrade" option.

PS: Note I see I still have a timer on the Update LMS page redirect.....so don't stare too long at the screen before selecting "Manual Update"

I'm not sure how you have a screen looking like that, but your web interface is NOT from pcp6. You still have a pCP 5 web interface.

Without knowing what happened over time, it would be best to start with a new image.

Funny as it reports itself as 6.1.

A few days ago I did an in-situ from 5 to 6.1. (Thus skipping 6.0)
