With Web UI - either through Favorites and clicking on the pencil icon when using Classic skin. When using Material UI I think it is in a menu at top of screen..
If playing a station whose was URL found with a directory such as Tune-in, iHeart, radio.net etc. - then there may be a heart icon - click on the heart icon will save as a favorites.
When using a Player UI - go into More menu - and click on Save as a Favorite menu.
