Can't tell you how much I love my SB system and LMS - ECHO the above (old DOS man you see) - I'm in such gratitude to the magnificent few that keep this going - and I don't mean simply plugging the holes - but making it better - better still after all this time that anything else you can buy.
I laugh when people say to me that they've bough a couple of SONOS speakers and they can play the same thing - 'IN TWO DIFFERENT ROOMS'
'Where have you been?' - I ask them.
Smug - that's me.
Logitech Media Smugness.
Thank-you13 x Classic / 4 x Boom / 2 x Touch / 2 x Radio / 3 Duet / 3 Controller / W10 LMS 8.0.0

Thanks Mark! I always forget something in the release process. Where's the procedure? Documentation? Argh... I'll add the link to my initial posting.
So... 8.0.0 is the release. It will not change. It replaces 7.9.3.
8.0.1 is a build which will see he occasional bug fix. But it can be considered stable. No new features, hopefully no breaking changes. It replaces the 7.9.4 nightlies.
8.1.0 will be the new development branch with new features, risky changes etc. But I haven't started that branch yet. This branch replaces the previous 8.0.0 as the relatively unstable dev branch.

kitstypike -- how did you do this with pCP? I have pCP:
piCorePlayer | piCorePlayer v6.1.0 | www v0009 | linux 4.19.122-pcpCore_v7 | piCore v10.3pCP | Squeezelite v1.9.7-1278-pCP
And LMS *is* configured to check for update:
[Software Updates
Automatically check for software updates
Daily
Automatic Download
Automatically download updates when they're available.]
Yet when I click on the "Check for Updates Now" button in LMS, I get "There's no updated Logitech Media Server version available."
And when I click on the "Nightly UPdate" button in pCP it responds "No Update Found! No Update file was found, Please check LMS Server configuration."
Curious then how you got updated to LMS8.
Please :-)
