Very few radio stations in LMS

I have a Squeezebox Boom connected to my own LMS v7.9.3 server and I used to be able to listen to radio stations from all around the world.
Now very few radio stations are available.
For example if I go to Radio->By Location->Europe only 3 countries are listed: Cyprus, Germany and United Kingdom and the first 2 countries only list 1 station.
I do have an account on mysqueezebox.com and the server is also connected to it. The Radio (v1.0) plugin is active.

I presume this happens because the radio station list is not maintained anymore.
Is there a way to link the server to a free list of stations like to one provided by radiomap.eu (or other free lists)?

I am aware that I can use "Tune in URL" to listen to an individual radio station and then add it to my favorite list but I would like to be able to browse for new stations.
How can I restore the radio station list to its former glory?

I think something is not right with your installation. Any message in server.log

Try 7.9.4 or 8.0.0.

50 Countries under Europe. Under Most popular I get 26 station for both UK & Germany.

The radio list is provided by Tune-in which has a very extensive list of station but Tune-in like to add metadata and as such may be more picky.

Try installing the Radio.net plugin. It uses the Radio.net service. You may have to change settings to pick the "best" country variant.

There must be something wrong. I can't believe that Tune In has so few stations available now. Even the Tune In app for Android has a very small number of stations.

Yup, I don't see "Most Popular" either. I don't see "By location" in the Radio menu, mine is from Tune In app
