Squeezebox Boom starts in the middle of the night very loud

My Squeezebox Boom is connected to Squeeze server running on a Mac.
Sometimes the box starts by itself, in the middle of the day or night, with volume at a maximum.

This is very annoying. It wakes the whole household.

What could be the cause?

Does the Boom suffer from the "reboots every 24 days" bug like the Radio and Touch ? if so, then it's possible that it reboots in the middle of the night and starts playing. You can set it to pause on wakeup if this is the case.

do you stop it when not listening? put on standby? or simply pause?

I had a picoreplayer that did it occasionally, only did it when I had paused it. If I put it into standby properly it doesn't seem to do it
