Apps and App Gallery "Missing or Invalid" on mysqueezebox.com

I rarely use mysqueezebox.com but today connected to mysqueezebox.com from LMS on my SB3. No problem connecting and all appears in order ... favorites, etc. all there. However, when I try to access My Apps I get a "Missing or Invalid" message. Same response if I try to access App Gallery. If I login to mysqueezebox.com from my browser my apps appear in the list and credentials are correct. Anyone have any ideas what the problem might be??

LMS version 7.9.1
OS Windows 10
Hardware: SB3's

Mysqueezebox.com server is identified as US East. I am in Canada.

Possibly LMS is too old and does not have proper https support.

Upgrade to 7.9.3 or for even more up to date https - better still 7.9.4 or 8.0.0

Upgraded to 7.9.3 with no change. The full message I get on my SB3 when accessing Apps or Apps Gallery is "Missing or invalid mysqueezebox.com account. Please check your settings and try again." Under information tab it indicates it is connected to my account. Very strange.

The wimp failed to open messages are related the ongoing Tidal stream issues. Not sure the significance of the rest. This is the complete server log since earlier upgrade to 7.9.3.

The "https lookup failed" is part of the http problems within Windows version of LMS. For some but not all 7.9.3 solves the issue - more https fixes have been added to 7.9.4 / 8.0.0

Not sure if it is your issue but the "https" issues can break comms with mysqueeszebox.com

IIRC there was also some issue about ickstream, which is now dead, but because it is dead it affects LMS - so I would uninstall ickstream plugin.

Yes, I noticed the ickstream issue and have uninstalled the ickstream plugin. I will try 7.9.4 next.

Upgraded LMS to 7.9.4 and still no joy. Spent some more time on mysqueezebox.com and discovered that none of my favorites work either (they work in LMS). The are listed but won't play. Radio does seem to work - able to access local and other stations.

Seems like the most likely explanation

mherger just posted similar - if you power cycle the boom it should connected to EU datacenter.
