    Cannot login to mysqueezebox.com

    Wipe your Chrome cache, and disable any add-on you're using. If that
    helps, enable them again, one by one.

      Cannot login to mysqueezebox.com

      Tried to login today to modify Tidal settings. Cannot login and cannot reset password. No email sent when resetting password. Now all of my squeezeboxes are disabled due to invalid account.

      Please assist. Thanks.

          Same issue
          My squeezebox asks you for tidal credentials, it takes you to the tidal login but after entering user name and password it gives a web page with this XML:

          <opml version="1.1">
          <head title="TIDAL Error">
          <expansionState/>
          </head>
          <body>
          <outline text="TIDAL login failed. Please check your TIDAL credentials on mysqueezebox.com." type="text" wrap="1"/>
          </body>
          </opml>

          So you don't get a chance to fix it hope a fix can be found or my touches are redundant

                      I'm not sure if you are talking about the same error/problem [edit: mherger already confirmed it's not]. But I do have the same error as jut1972

                      I get the same error-page, when I tried to set the account settings on https://mysqueezebox.com/user/apps
                      I clicked on Login and the page to authorize opens: https://login.tidal.com/authorize?[...]
                      There I put my credentials in and after that a page opens https://mysqueezebox.com/api/wimp/v1/opml/callback?code[...]
                      There the following code is shown:
                      Mit dieser XML-Datei sind anscheinend keine Style-Informationen verknüpft. Nachfolgend wird die Baum-Ansicht des Dokuments angezeigt.

                                      I do not get an error message. It just returns to the same login screen. I know the password is correct. But I tried to reset password and never got an email back. Just tried it again with same result.

                                                  Hi,

                                                  I am having the same "can't login to mysqueezebox.com" issue. I am moving to new server after 9 years and my current server has login info for mysqueezebox.com that apparently is correct. Problem is I can't see the password (and I have no memory of it).

                                                  I have attempted at mysqueezebox.com to generate a reset password email but I get no response (nothing in spam folder). I'd like to change password and get my new system up and running. Can you help?
