my mistake...back in 2005 I got the SB2, two of them and they are still going strong. With exception of the power supply AC/DC converter on one died, output smoothing caps went bad. Turns out that SB2 is very sensitive to DC power ripple. Works great with my linear power supply.

Just joined to get a squeezebox unit transferred. I bought a long time ago (from a dealer) used it with LMS (i think, never with MSB) and for a while not using it. Just tried it again recently, trying to reuse the MSB but notice that the unit had an email that i do not even recognize. hopefully after the minimum of post, i can send PM.
