Re registering my SB Boom

Hi

I am trying to re register 2 x SB Boom that i recently purchased on Gumtree to my own mysqueezebox account. I have been trying through the official Logitech support channel for a while now without much luck ! From doing a search through this forum, I understand that Michael Herger is a person that may be able to help... However, being new to this forum, I am unsure of how to send a message to Michael? Or is the protocol to post a request here with the hope that Michael may pick it up?
