Can't connect mysqueezebox account to LMS

When you were running LMS on the Windows machine with Wireshark ... it should have captured the LMS connection attempts.
Wireshark is powerful / confusing to use - but if you are able to run it while not much else network activity is going on from that machine then it should be possible to find the attempts to connect.

I suppose one possibility is that something is completely blocking outbound attempts ... so to see if that is the case you could set one of your players to use LMS as a proxy when playing internet radio streams and the ask LMS to play one. If that works that it shows that LMS can connect to the outside world.

Do you have an actual SB hardware player? If yes, can it connect to MySB.com and play an internet stream?

For LMS issues..... turn off LMS and also turn off (temporarily) your antivirus and firewall. Now re-launch LMS, try to connect LMS to MySB.com.

I do not have a hardware player, I have ipeng on my iphone. All I have for a firewall is windows. Well I also have a Unifi Security Gateway. I have tried disabling windows but not sure I rebooted, will give it a go.

I am afraid I have similar issue.
New installation on RPi4 - piCorePlayer version: 6.1.0. and LMS Version: 8.0.0 - 1605892076. LMS is working, I am able to listen to Internet radio stations and local NAS music.
Not able to connect to mysqueezebox.com. The behaviour of the LMS is wierd. Sometime it gives logs that cannot connect due to wrong pasword/login (now I cannot copy it here) and now when I enter password on on the Setup/mysqueezebox.com basically nothing happenes. Also nothing in the logs...
Internet connection should be OK. RaspberryPi tab in Diagnostic shows:
" Internet accessible. piCorePlayer repository accessible."

Any direction where to look for issue will be appreciated.

To look for some hints I have enabled Debug logs for "(network.squeezenetwork) - mysqueezebox.com Logging" and after entering password on mysqueezebox.com tab I can see the following in the log:

I am sorry, but I do not get what has happened and a bit afraid to test more as I may loose this connection... At the same time I believe this looks like a sort of bug ?

I was running LMS 7.9.0 on Windows 10 20H02 and everything was fine until today.
One of my favorite radiostations is Radio Paradise which I have in the mysqueezebox.com favorites.
These channels are 320 kbps AAC , so do require LMS to decode.
In web control I used to have a link "mysqueezebox.com favorites" under favorites, but not anymore.
So I selected Music source under Extras and clicked on the mysqueezebox.com link
This resulted into opening the mysqueezebox.com web page, leaving LMS web control.
Long story short : I installed clean LMS 7.9.2 , 7.9.3 , 7.9.4 and finally 8.0.0.0 , but always the same result.
Furthermore the LMS Control Panel tab ( from squeezetray ) where mysqueezebox.com account and password
are entered always gave the "something went wrong" when clicking apply.
I decided then to go very old and installed 7.8.0, but same problem when entering account, so fiddled a bit with account/password.
Then installed 8.0.0.0 over 7.8.0.0 and suddenly no more error and mysqueezebox.com favorites was back in web control.
Still no clue what fixed this - I saw the same network error messages mentioned in this thread, but now the server log is all clear.
I suspect the problem was with the mysqueezebox.com website and has now been fixed.
If other people still have a similar issue, then the problem must be local

I have tried "your way": to select Music source under Extras and click on the mysqueezebox.com link.
This worked OK and afterwords I can see my player in mysqueezebox.com - so it looks like problem solved!
