There have been a few threads here about getting LMS to work on Catalina (searching for "Catalina" will find them).
People have been changing permission for PERL and possible folders for music - and possibly other things.
However, the Squeezebox Radio can work with a remote LMS - which is what MySqueezebox is (sort of).
So - while waiting for MAC experts to help out you could make your SBR connect to MySqueezebox and then edit your Favourites there.
