    Pandora now in 192kbps!

Who would have thought? After more than five years of silence I suddenly got contacted by an engineer from Pandora, asking me why we didn't stream in 192kbps... And he made it possible: we can finally stream Pandora in 192kbps :-).

(Unfortunately this still is US only)

If you're running LMS and want to have the living prove, you'll have to update to a nightly build, as previously the display was hard-coded to 128kbps.

A shout out goes to John in Pandora's HQ!

Michael, Are you saying that Pandora will now stream at 192kbps no matter what if playing (even on older LMS version, say 7.9.1), but for us to *see* an indication of something other than 128kbps, we need the nightly. thanks.

Yes, that's correct. Stream is always 192kbps, but display might be wrong.

What a shock. This is great news!

It would be even greater if they would allow us to access some of their newer features, which are only available through their apps and web site. But my guess is that's unlikely. Still, very glad to have this increase in quality.
