    Case for piCorePlayer on Raspberry Pi 4 with official 7" touch screen?

    Hello,

    For those of you running piCorePlayer on Raspberry Pi 4 with official 7" touch screen, what case do you use?

    Thanks!

    You can take a look into this not so old thread: https://forums.slimdevices.com/showt...-Pi-7-quot-lcd

    There are cases mentioned that also work with Pi 4B.

    I have used Smarti Pi cases, although with a Pi 3, not a Pi 4, but form factor is identical, right?

    I liked the fact you have a choice of different back covers to suit your needs. I have a DAC on top of the Pi and all fitted nicely, and there are air passages for cooling. I haven't tried any other case with the official 7" screen.

    I am using the DesignSpark case, modified a bit. You can see it here: http://www.cfuttrup.com/touch_upgrade.html

    I’m using one of those cases but it’s not heavy enough. When you touch the screen it rocks backwards very easily and just doesn’t feel right compared to say a Joggler which is very solidly built.
    VB2.4 storage QNAP TS419p (NFS)
    Living Room - Joggler & SB3 -> Onkyo TS606 -> Celestion F20s
    Office - Pi3+Sreen -> Sony TAFE320 -> Celestion F10s / Pi2+DAC & SB3 -> Onkyo CRN755 -> Wharfedale Modus Cubes
    Dining Room -> SB Boom
    Kitchen -> UE Radio (upgraded to SB Radio)
    Bedroom (Bedside) - Pi2+DAC ->ToppingTP21 ->AKG Headphones
    Bedroom (TV) - SB Touch ->Sherwood AVR ->Mordaunt Short M10s
    Everything controlled by iPeng

    That doesn't happen with the Smarti Pi case that I mentioned in the other thread.
