TIDAL AAC stream not played on Squeezebox Boom

Yesterday I registered for a free TIDAL trial subscription. I installed the TIDAL app on mysqueezebox.com for login on my TIDAL account, and also installed the TIDAL plugin on LMS 7.9.4.
The TIDAL trial subscription provides 320kbps AAC streams. The TIDAL AAC streams play fine on my Raspberry Pi ZeroW with piCorePlayer 6.1.0, and also on SqueezePlay on Windows.

But when I try to play a TIDAL track on my Squeezebox Boom, I get following error message on my Boom c.q. Control app:
"Problem: Unable to play file type for: <song name>". Also I get error messages in the LMS log file, see below.

I know that the Boom cannot play AAC streams natively, and that transcoding by LMS is required. Transcoding from AAC to FLAC works fine with several AAC radio streams (for example Radio Paradise and BBC radio stations using BBC iPlayer plugin), but for some reason transcoding of TIDAL AAC streams does not work.

    My questions:
    * Are there other users that experience the same problem?
    * Can somebody tell me what I need to do to get transcoding of TIDAL AAC streams on LMS working?
    * Will it help if I upgrade LMS from 7.9.4 to the latest 8.0.0 nightly build?

For information an excerpt from the LMS server log, when trying to play a TIDAL playlist with 11 songs on my Squeezebox Boom:

Tidal AAC stream playing on Squeezebox Boom with LMS8

OK, I just updated LMS to the latest 8.0.0 nightly build (Logitech Media Server Versie: 8.0.0 - 1599321733 @ Sat Sep 5 18:13:09 WEDT 2020).
=> Playback of TIDAL AAC streams on the Squeezebox Boom is working now. Great! This was the the final push that I needed to transition from LMS 7.9 to LMS 8.0.
