Tricolour LED part no.

The tricolour LED in my receiver is only displaying red (D15 on the PCB): would anyone know a part no. or type no. for a replacement part?

Did you find one ? My receiver LEDs are now pretty dull and it's difficult to tell the difference between yellow and white :-(

Unfortunately I never found the LED. The receiver has been working OK since then and I didn't need the LED-colour codes for troubleshooting. Keeping my fingers crossed.
