Hello,
I have a problem with Logitech duet receiver.
The player cannot connect to my LMS server in any way. It doesn't connect via Ethernet, it doesn't connect via wifi.
When attempting to connect the logitech controller to the logitech receiver, the logitech controller restarts and nothing happens.
Factoring reset (holding the button for 5 seconds) did not help.
Is there any way to revive him?
Best regards,
dayus

Do you have any other players that are connecting successfully to your LMS?
Did it work before?
If yes - has anything changed in your network setup?Paul Webster

For all of this I would have LMS up and running on your LMS server.
Do you want the receiver to be Ethernet or wifi attached to your network? If ethernet, plug in the cable from the router to your receiver before you do the factory reset. Once you've decided on ethernet / wifi do a factory reset on the receiver by holding the front button on the receiver for multiple seconds until the red blink becomes fast. Then when you release the button it will drop back to a slow red blink. On the controller go into settings - advanced settings and do a factory reset. When the controller starts back up it will be in setup mode, I think the first question will be what language or maybe where are you location wise. It will ask if you want to update your MySB.com credentials (if it shows your MySB.com login then you can skip it) and will ask for your wifi network credentials - UID and Password. If you're ethernet it will ask if you want to be wireless or ethernet for your receiver. If you're wifi, you will need to choose your receiver which should show by its MAC address. At this point the controller talks directly to the receiver so that it can update the receiver with your wifi credentials. You should see the light on the receiver go something like yellow - green - blue - dull white. At this point the controller only talks to the LMS server which in turn is what controls the receiver.Main system - Rock Solid with LMS 8.1.2 on WHS 2011 - 2 Duets and Squeeseslave
Cabin system - Rock solid with LMS 8.1.2 on Win10 Pro - 1 RPi 3 Model B/Hifiberry DAC+ Pro/PiCorePlayer and Squeezeslave
Squeezebox Boom - "At Large" player around both home and cabin
Headphones and car - Android phone/Bluetooth w/full library on MicroSD card - PowerAmp music player app (similar to Material Skin)

I have a receiver which for some reason gets stuck waiting for DHCP - for all other devices on same segment DHCP works. . The only solution I found was to use Net::UDAP https://github.com/robinbowes/net-udap
Net::UDAP is a very technical solution and is probably only a last resort and only if you are comfortable with command line applications.
There is an Android based version of Net::UDAP. I have not used it but can be found here https://sourceforge.net/projects/lms...utility/files/Last edited by bpa; 2020-04-04 at 02:43. Reason: typos - missed a "not"

You could try the new tool that is linked to in the post immediately before yours - or (the more complex) net::UDAP from the post before that.

Initially, when I tried to connect the Receiver through the Controller, this did not work.
When trying to connect the Receiver via Ethernet and app gosqueeze, but finally without a positive result - something was done when I've used additionaly Controller.
After such an attempt, the Receiver came alive and stopped blocking the controller.
Now connecting with WIFI/ETHERNET without any problems.
Thx for help with this app.
