    There were several users trying to get the Merus Amp to work. I think I finally cracked it.

    Disable onboard audio
    dtparm=audio=off

    Disable SPI
    Remove the spi=on from the line
    Code:
    deparam=i2c_arm=on,spi=on,i2s=on
    Then on the Squeezelite page, make sure you limit the sample rate to 48000.

    Also, make sure you do not play any music until you have turned down the Limit Threashold as described in the docs. If you try to play music with the default Alsa settings, it will likely lockup the amplifier chip requiring a reboot.

    Once things are set in alsa mixer, then you should save the alsa settings on the "Card Control" Page.

    I'll see about adding some better controls in pCP7.

    No audio from 3.5mm jack on Pi4, pCP 6.0

    I'm playing with my second Pi (my first 4). I have a have a hifiberry hat on my older one. The hat DAC+ for this new one hasn't arrived, so I wanna listen to it with headphones. I have the player up and running as an LMS endpoint and working just fine, but I'm not getting audio from the jack. What am I stupidly overlooking?

    Never mind. I changed Audio output device to USB audio, rebooted, changed it back to Analog audio, rebooted again, and now it's fine.

    Hey all,

    I was wondering if it's possible to apply +6db gain only to DSD streams only? I find I regularly need to adjust the volume between DSD and PCM.

    I'm using the Audiophonics ISabre Q2M driver.

    Hi Carsten_h

    Thank you for replay and great to hear the USB3 can be used for SSD.

    I was not clear in my question. My question is.
    Does Raspberry Pi4 support Audio stream from USB3 port to DAC input?

    I have a USB speaker (the first version of the Harman Kardon Soundsticks) attached to my Pi 4 (regardless of USB 3 or 2). So is has to work. :-)

    Yes it does, I have an iFi Zen DAC attached to the USB3 port on a Raspberry Pi4.
