    Changing PC

I have just moved to a new PC and reinstalled Logitech Media Server. The server seems to work OK, created library and is running. I can see my Boom Box when I go to Web access and can play directly from the server BUT although I can see the server on the new PC the computer name has an "x" at the end and I cannot connect/control from the Boom Box. Any ideas? Should I disconnect (somehow) and start again or is there a setting on the server that I am missing??

Can you see logitech media server from the web page:

    http://192.168.1.3:9000/

Where 192.168.1.3 is the IP address of the computer with the LMS on it.

Instructions for finding IP address of your Windows computer:
    https://www.groovypost.com/howto/fin...ce-ip-address/

    In Linux you use.
ifconfig from the computer with LMS on it.

Substitute the address it gives you for the above then add colon 9000/

Open in web browser you should see LMS.

    Regards,

    David

    Resolved

As soon as I turned off the old PC and packed it, the new one seemed to take precedence and now works on both DUET and BOOM. I also installed the Android Squeeze Controller which recognised them both and works great. Thanks for the help.
