    Version 7.9 Settings->Plugins Problem

    With version: Logitech Media Server Version: 7.9.3 - git-02f4da5 @ 2020-02-05 14:46:36 +0100

    When I go to the Settings->Plugins webUI, I'm getting the following error message:

    Bad repository https://repos.squeezecommunity.org/extensions.xml - Timed out waiting for data

    I'm not having any difficulty loading https://repos.squeezecommunity.org/extensions.xml in a browser. But when I attempt to wget the file from my LMS server with:

    wget --timeout=20 https://repos.squeezecommunity.org/extensions.xml

    ..I get the error message:

    --2020-02-25 20:43:33-- https://repos.squeezecommunity.org/extensions.xml
    Resolving repos.squeezecommunity.org (repos.squeezecommunity.org)... 94.126.17.210

    So, is there a problem with TLS on repos.squeezecommunity.org?

    I'm getting the same thing with curl:

    curl -vvv --connect-timeout 20 https://repos.squeezecommunity.org/extensions.xml
    * Trying 94.126.17.210...
    * TCP_NODELAY set
    * Connected to repos.squeezecommunity.org (94.126.17.210) port 443 (#0)
    * ALPN, offering h2
    * ALPN, offering http/1.1
    * successfully set certificate verify locations:
    * CAfile: /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt
    CApath: /etc/ssl/certs
    * TLSv1.3 (OUT), TLS handshake, Client hello (1):
    * Operation timed out after 20001 milliseconds with 0 out of 0 bytes received
    * stopped the pause stream!
    * Closing connection 0
    curl: (28) Operation timed out after 20001 milliseconds with 0 out of 0 bytes received

    Version 7.9 Settings->Plugins Problem

    What OS are you using? Could you be using some outdated OpenSSL libraries?

    That file is downloaded about 70k times every single day. This hasn't
    changed much over the past few months. I doubt there's a problem on the
    server side.

    OS is ubuntu 18.04. And the problem turned out to be a crap router that was issuing duplicate IPs via DHCP, despite the LMS server's MAC address being reserved in the router's static pool. Weird phenomenon, given that everything else was working other than SSL.
