    I find I can 'fix' the duff tmpo atom very simply:

    Add the OP's provided track to iTunes.
    Call up "Song Info".
    bpm will show blank.
    Edit bpm to 60, save.
    Edit bpm back to 'blank', save.

    The resulting file now has a good tmpo atom, with value '0'.

    After LMS scans it, I find that it shows up under the appropriate genre.

    The first music I purchased from iTunes in a year and a half. Remind me never to do it again.

    I've never bought, but I received a free 'encouragement' in the form of a U2 album. Those tracks don't exhibit this particular issue (no 'tmpo' present at all).

    Perhaps it is just one off glitch by the 'packagers' of this particular album. I was about to buy a couple of tracks, as it happens. We shall see...
