    Tape was my second Idea i was thinking i just put the adapter in the empty akku slot. but this thing gets a little warm and i don't feel comfortable with it. Tape was an Idea to, but the lights are exactly where it has a slot for ventilation and cooling.

    Updated Radio to 8.0.1-r16855, now I see "using a Radio with outdated firmware"

    LMS is the latest nightly of 8.2.

    Squeezebox Radio was running 7.x (the last official firmware) with the patch to recognize LMS 8.x. All was fine.

    A few days ago, I factory-reset the Radio and updated it to Community build 8.0.1-r16855. Now the server log shows:

    Code:
    [21-06-02 00:57:03.3778] Slim::Networking::Discovery::getFakeVersion (131)
    You're using a SB Radio with a buggy firmware not recognizing this version of Logitech Media Server.
    Please consider patching it. Until then we'll try to play nice and return a fake version number...
    Is that expected?
    LMS 8.2.0 + EDO on Debian Jessie
    Touch --> Benchmark DAC3 HGC --> Counterpoint NPS200 MkII + NPS400 --> Meadowlark Heron
    Touch --> Schiit Bifrost 2 --> Eddie Current Aficionado --> Sennheiser HD800 SDR, ZMF Verite Ziricote
    and a third Touch for remote control, and a Radio, and a couple SB3s and a Transporter somewhere

    Well, I feel foolish. That fixed it.

    For the first time ever one of my Radio's lost its bass response this morning despite it running the latest community firmware. Seems the issue is still not fixed.
