Correct. That's pretty much the current state. I'd like to have some kind of artist integration, too (to eg. get more albums from an artist), but that's not working yet. Here's a "Random Albums" view with albums from Spotify, TIDAL, Qobuz:
(oh, and there's one local album, too :-D)

Version 8.0 -- ready to test?
> I think all albums for an artist would be the most valuable

I plan to have a "More on Spotify/Qobuz/TIDAL..." link at the bottom of
an artist's albums list. Including all would be overwhelming in many
cases. It's been discussed before.
I actually thought I had implemented this before, but it seems to be
broken right now.

Thanks, Michael!! I'm a huge Qobuz fan and am really excited about this integration... although the plug-in works well, too.

Installed 8 a few hours ago and noticed the plugin AutoDim is no longer working. It was fine with the last version of 7.9.2 I installed the first of the year. Any ideas?Last edited by Eric Seaberg; 2020-02-20 at 16:28.

Is this reasonably usable? The integration of online and home libraries would be great for me (I use Qobuz mostly, plus my own library). I don't really mind if it breaks occasionally, as most of my music players have a few options for playing music, as long as it's over 50% working!
I guess my question is: is this pre-alpha (which would be too broken really), or beta or better (which would be fine)?
Installation is just install over 7.9.2? (On a Raspberry Pi)Own music plus Qobuz, PC with Squeezelite-X, JRiver as digital XO
System 1: Lynx AES16, 5x SMSL DACs, various amps, 5 way horns
System 2: Asus Xonar u7, Restek Sextet, JBL L300

Yes. This is not like traditional development where code would be
developped in some hidden branch, and then published as a version x
pre-release. It's more like I've taken 7.9, created a new branch, and
started to add a few features. I could have called it 7.10. Or 7.9.99.
I'm running LMS8 myself on both my main systems. This should guarantee a
certain level of stability :-).

Yes.

Yes. Online Music Integration just like Spotify and Qobuz.

As per Michael....
"The library integration hopefully will work for TIDAL, too. But not at this point. Right now it's Spotify and Qobuz only. As it's all still in heavy development, and TIDAL is an "official" implementation, I preferred to go with those plugins which I maintain as a community developer first."

That must be at least two or three weeks old. Totally outdated :-D.
Tidal support is in.
