    softsqueeze & SSH tunneling

Am I right in my understanding that the current version of softsqueeze
supports only SSH tunneling to the firewall/gateway machine but not to
an internal machine as in the following example?

    ssh gateway.example.com -L 9000:slim.example.com:9000 -L
    3484:slim.example.com:3484

Would it be possible to add it to a future version?

    softsqueeze & SSH tunneling

    Avi,

Yes you are correct, you cannot tunnel to an internal machine at the
moment. I'll try to find the time to add this into the next release for
    you.

    Regards,
    Richard

Richard, please check the patches area on sourceforge. I already
uploaded a patch (actually few patches) to add this capability. As a
matter of fact I am using my version now from the office to list to my
    collection at home.

    softsqueeze & SSH tunneling

Excellent, thanks. I don't know why but I don't always get tracker
emails from sourceforge, and sometimes miss things posted there.

    Regards,
    Richard
