Would something as simple as https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...P7S295J7&psc=1 connected to Line In on the Boom work?

If your phone is from Apple ... then you could install the Shairtunes plug-in on LMS - and then your Squeezebox should appear as an AirPlay device ... and you should then be able to send to it.

If you have a Raspberry Pi you could use pCP as a Bluetooth receiver ....
