    It looks like maybe checking no genres is the same as checking them all. It would be nice to have that confirmed by someone who knows the programming.

    I would suppose "No genre" means the album/tracks have no genre tag. Click on one from My Music/Genres/No genre and see.

    I have 249 albums with no genre tags.

    You may be right. I really need my entire library in random mix...like it was yesterday.

    If using the default skin there is a “select all” button at the bottom of the list of genres.
    Can you see it?
    If you can’t then maybe you have a corrupt database

    "I see now that at the bottom of the list there is "Select All". When I do that and try to save it, the frame reloads with "414 Request-URI Too Large". "

    Sorry didn’t see that.
    It suggests that you do have too many genres for the post command to handle.
    Your suggestion that you may have hit an unseen limit may not be wide of the mark at all!
