I've bought a Liv Zen (former Innuos product) and I can't get Tidal to work in HD. It works fine on my RPi. After trying everything, I've worked out that is probably because the RPi is registered on My Squeezebox account but the Zen won't. The Zen was registered on another account and the seller will not respond to messages.
My question is, who can I ask to transfer the Zen to my Squeezebox account? I think I know the email of the previous user's account.
Thanks in advance.

If you PM @mherger with the unit's MAC address, the previously registered email, and your mysqueezebox.com account, he can likely switch it over.

I managed to work it out and he very kindly checked my MAC. Unfortunately it seems it's not registered and there must be another problem.
It's very strange, the Zen is not showing up in my players, and yet it's getting the Tidal account details from the My Squeezebox Tidal details. Is there something else that could be causing this.
Also it will only play MP3 quality despite me having a Tidal Hifi account. The RPi also running Squeezelite which does show on my players has no such problem. If it's not the issue with registering the Zen player then what else could cause it?
Grateful for any ideas please...

Not familiar with this product so start with generric stuff and your setup.
Are you using standard LMS ?
If so what "type" of player is the Liv showing up in the LMS WebUI/Settings/Info ?

Thanks I'll try and have a look before I go away, otherwise I'll get back onto this in the new year.
