    I can not get the autostart working. is there a possibility to look at a syslog or /var/log/messages to analyze whats the problem? btw - what is the best way to backup all settings (including the additional packges i instaled - like samba)? when my sd card crashes i would like to install picoreplayer on a new sdcard and simply put in a file with all the config paraemters.

    ps
    i uploadet my current config: paste name: pCP-2B-833f04-pcp.cfg url: https://pastebin.com/FUbiA2at

    I think it would be best, to first get this installation working correctly, then sort out your backup procedure.

    Why not start by making a fresh install of pCP on the card you have, and going slowly through each stage of the install and configuration procedure. For this, keep the pi connected by Ethernet cable. Can you do that?

    Don't plug in any usb sticks or anything else.

    If you want LMS on the same card, resize the file system to 500MB and then install LMS (for what it is worth, I'm doing that now on a rpi2B)

    @Fabius

    Well I think Autostart is a little broken (I seem to remember this happening before)

    I have been playing this morning and I cannot make it properly work.

    Here is a long detail of what I have tried, I hope the pCp team will pick up on it.

    This is the latest log

    I cleared the "Autostart" and rebooted.

    Then re- selected the favourite, clicked save, and then shutdown the pi from the "Main" page.

    With Radio Paradise playing from the "Test" button I just applied the "Hotfix" to v5.0.0.

    Selected "Save" then Shutdown the pi from the "Main" page.

    Re-applied power and Radio Paradise is playing.

    That seems pretty normal to me, "patience young Grasshopper"

    Did you resolve the problem with your USB stick?
