PiCorePlayer is for Raspberry Pi's (Pi bit in the name) so It will not work without a lot of complex and time consuming modification.
However the wetek will almost certainly be able to run all the parts of PiCorePlayer (Squeezelite, Jivelite and LMS) IF you can run a Debian type distro on it and you have details of the audio hardware
It may be a lot of work !

If you mean a LMS player - then it is squeezelite.
Picoreplayer is a whole system - it woudl replace libelec.
Do you want to run a LMS server and a player or just a player.
Just saying "Libelec" is not enough - what is the Libelec version ? any idea of the kernel version ?
If you just want a player - then there are prebuilt squeezelite binaries (https://sourceforge.net/projects/lms...ezelite/linux/ )
Cortex-A could run a armhf binary - so the armv6hf build may work but depends on your version of kernel & version of support libraries.
