i recently tried to login into my account which i did not use for some years. So i requested a new password. The message said it was send to my email, but i dd not receive it. I tried it several times and waited some hours. Is the paaswort reset broken or is there another way to unlock my squeezebox device from the account?

Did you check your junk mail? Odds are that the message is there.
