Ok, there has been another update to the time zone data... I updated all
hosts. But services might take a few hours before they all pick it up.
I can't say whether this will finally fix this issue for your. But let's
keep fingers crossed.

Hello Michael,
yesterday i chaged back to Brasilia zond GMT-3 but it still showing one hour more.
Let me just review what I did:
- chaged the time zone in the settings to Brazil - Brasilia GMT-3
- Powered off and powered on again the Squeezebox.
Is that enough, or should I do something else ?
I can try something else by entering via SSH in the Squeezebox ?
Ah by talking in SSH i just tried to enter doing ssh root@192.168.1.33 and received the message below. I have no idea on how to autenticate on it.
Unable to negotiate with 192.168.1.33 port 22: no matching key exchange method found. Their offer: diffie-hellman-group1-sha1
So let me know if i can change something by entering as root into the machine (after solving the encriptio problem)
Best regards,
Flavio

I'm sorry to say: I'm running out of ideas. I'll keep an eye on tzdata
updates. But I guess I should have your case covered by now. Still it
does not seem to be working...
One way to mitigate the issue would be to run your own LMS. But that's
probably overkill for just the hour display.

Ok Michael, it seems that there is no solution so far.
But the good news are that it don´t lasts forever: around February the Brazilian DST usually stops and I can use back the normal time for Brazil instead of Chile, but I must remember of that, because now Chile is in a DST ON and they probably will go back near February and then there will be one hour less than Brazil.
In fact, that stuff of DST is completly usesless thing for everybody, it is useless and it was already proven that the damages for the body by changing the routines is worst than the savings in energy. At least for Brazil, where we will have a lot of Hydraulic resources, and almost all of the energy generated here comes from Hydraulic.
in the rest of the world in developed countries, where DST probably matters for energy, the governments are doing large steps to implement solar or wind generation. I by myself seen a lot of wind generation during my trips to Canada and Germany that I believe are countires a step ahead in terms of energy generation.
Very thank you for your help. I will look foraward if a solution arises.
Best regards,
Flavio
