...and now for something completely different....
Elvin Bishop - "Fishin'" - my wife and I will actually sing this to each other (poorly and exaggerated) when we go fishing. "People say, fishing on a Sunday's a sin.."
and while on the subject of Elvin Bishop, add "Honeybabe" and "Fooled Around and Fell in Love" (one of those "is that who did that?" songs).
Just popped into my head....Classic Catchy - Hollies - Long Cool Woman

"Her name drives me insane."
This blared out of the PA system at every game played at my local top flight soccer team, Burnley FC's soccer stadium in the very early sixties.
I wonder if Tommy got any royalties?
Memories of standing in the freezing cold for up to an hour before each game in order to get a view of the pitch in competition with 40 or 50 thousand other fans.
Another of the perennial favourites there was "Wheels Cha Cha" by the Joe Loss Orchestra.Music Store and VPN Server: Synology DS215J NAS

59th Street Bridge song - Simon & Garfunkel
Tom's Diner - Suzanne Vega
Nagasaki - Rickie Lee Jones recent cover of 1920s song. Bit of an earworm - the lyrics are daft. Recently it's been played on local station and so got into my head.
