Logitech control panel shows my Chromecast devices (3 of them) all with the same IP address as the server, a Windows PC. Is that the way it's supposed to be? When I look at my router, each of them has its own IP address.

Yes it is because the bridge, which runs by default on your LMS machine, creates virtual "proxy" players that, as far as LMS is concerned, all run on that server.
