    This is a Virgin HLS streams
    https://radio.virginradio.co.uk/stre...ayerId=vr-web;

    edit:

    No need for the params - just https://radio.virginradio.co.uk/stream-anthems works.

    Also https://radio.virginradio.co.uk/stream-chilled

    edit 2:

    Technically they are HLS media URLS - the Master media URL (usually a m3u8) is missing and would give proper details to play the stream (i.e. codec , bitrate etc)

    Just to close off slartibartfast Virgins stream URL query

    The Virgin streams are HLS MP3.

    Until now I never had a HLS / MP3 stream to test (most are HLS/AAC) and the PlayHLS plugin seems to handle it OK. No in stream metadata - seems to be tied to RadioPlayer platform.

    Thanks. Looks as though
    https://radio.virginradio.co.uk/stream
    works for the main station as well. LMS reports the format as 128kbps CBR MP3.

    Bit rate may be a guess as there is no HLS Master playlist - it should be derived from the MP3 frame but hasn't been tested until now.

    There's also an LMS plugin, had it forever, although I don't use it much.

    If somebody was looking for a nice little plugin project for LMS:

    Discovering this... This is quite cool and would be a great solution for stations that are not broadcasted anymore by Tunein. If only I was a developper... :-)
