This is not the same as rebooting it.
Yes, I did try that and the problem persists.

It seems to me that bpa has narrowed down the problem in his May 1 2019 post on this thread: https://forums.slimdevices.com/showt...er-Not-Playing

I received a "new" Transporter which works fine. My next step will be make a few comparisons between the sick & healthy Transporters and see if that can further pin down the problem.

Did you ever find out what was wrong with the sick transporter?

Transporter won't play some FLAC files anymore

    Hi All

I'm resurrecting an old thread as I'm trying to resolve a problem with my Transporter. It refuses to play some flac files that previously it played fine.

The progress bar on Ipeng is moving but there is no output at all from the transporter. The VU meters do not move. After about 20 seconds or so the track restarts, but still no output. I guess the stream is going to the transporter but the file does not play.

The most frustrating thing is it seems to happen with a lot of music that I have played many times in the past with no issue.

I have tried reprogramming xilinx and a factory reset, but no luck.

Could this be an LMS error?

Anyone here able to give any advice please.

    Many thanks.

Since this is a very different kind of problem, I'd start a new thread.
LMS on a dedicated server (FitPC3)
Transporter (Ethernet) - main listening, Onkyo receiver, Paradigm speakers
Touch (WiFi) - home theater 5.1, Sony receiver, Energy speakers
    Boom 1 (WiFi) - work-space
Boom 2 (WiFi) - various (deck, garage, etc.)
    Radio (WiFi) - home office
Control - Squeeze Control (Android mobile), 2 Controllers (seldom used), Squeeze Remote (on Surface Pro 4)
    Touch x 1 - spare
    UE Radio x 1 - spare
    Boom x 1 - spare
    Controller x 1 - Spare
    Duet Receiver (backup)
