How to remove the handles from a transporter

Since there is no separate Transporter sub i posted in general. If it's not ok , please move to appropriate sub.

Some time ago i read a post of someone hwo had ia nice solution to remove the front chrome handles of a transporter. Now i own a transporter i would like to do the same so the appearance match the receiver next to it.
Hoepfully someone remebrs the post and is able to point me in the right direction.
