I've seen it lately on GitHub (issues merged as reported in the thread - https://github.com/HermesApp/Hermes/issues/340 ) and Stackoverflow.. Having the error with Hermes app. The main Hermes-side fix for this (beside Pandora settings) is to change Hermes' non-spilling systems administration with the end goal that we can catch and abrogate testament approval. I'm dealing with it gradually..
