    No, I am not using Spotty. Is it activated by default and how can I deactivate it?
    I also don't have/use mysqueezebox.com, can it be that the server is waiting for that one too?

    No, it's a 3rd party plugin to listen to Spotify. No need to disable it.

    Might be the missing mysqueezebox.com account be an issue for the long start time, or any other ideas as to what might cause a timeout during start of LMS?
