    Try one of these three

    Code:
    front:CARD=Amanero,DEV=0

    hw:CARD=Amanero,DEV=0

    plughw:CARD=Amanero,DEV=0
in the audio output for squeezelite

reboot after each one and check the LMS volume setting is 100% for the player

All These above work, but, still in all instances the first note is cut off.

Picoreplayer USB Audio to Topping D50

    Hi all,
i just hook up topping D50 via USB3.0 out from Pi4. In the Squeezelite audio output setting i cannot find the D50. I run the command dmesg|grep USB and cannot find the D50 too. Anything i might missed?

    Thanks,
    Alex

Did you press "Save" to the left of the "USB audio" selection?

Yes sir i did. Unfortunately, today i install another OS, same thing happen. Frustrated, i hook it into 2 of my laptop running windows 10, the D50 cant be recognised too. Even acter install it driver from topping site, there errror prompt abt driver. My conclusion now, there is something wrong abt the USB input of this DAC. The firmware might already funkisized. Sigh.

Did you try another USB cable?

EDIT: For testing don't rely on hot plugging, it may not work. Do a reboot to be sure. Btw, You are looking in the right place to see if pCP recognises it. dmesg log will also show you.
