*SOLVED" Synology NAS cant connect to squeezebox duet

    Hello,

For the last week I have tried to connect from my squeezebox duet to the media stored on a synology ds218j nas drive without success.

I can connect to mysqueezebox.com and play radio, but I do not have any access to my media stored on the Nas.

I factory resetted both the controller and squeezebox , installed LMS on the nas which is installed on the same i.p. address as the nas drive , 192.168.1.1:9002

Yesterday I played from a software called squeezeplay installed on a mac , which sees and plays form the NAs without any problems.

Any pointers to what am I doing wrong?

Any help appreciated , many thanks!

Nerwork diet must be on the same network and subnet .
S some weird network setup ?

Otherwise you chose ömy musicö on the controller and it should go to your LMS install.

For a smother experience enter your mysqueezebox.com login in LMS settings

    Finally issue solved.

The problem was a dual port homeplug .. once eliminated everything works fine
