What exactly do you mean by stopping?

Some more information on your system and how it is set up will help.

Give the URL so people can test and investigate.

There seems to be a BBC but possible generic issue regarding https vs https URLs.

I have tested all three, they seem to play fine.

I listened to about twenty minutes of TWIT, and just the first few seconds of the other two (no way will I listen to Chris Moyles ......It's just an age thing).

Using LMS local server, latest v7.9.2.

I don't know of a way to do it within LMS, but I have a dedicated TEMP directory on my music drive that I use primarily for exactly that. I download the file and play from there. I started doing that years ago due to the same problem you're having: Podcasts would just stop. I primarily listen to Coverville and assumed the problem was on their end, but I never seriously investigated.

I think I have found the problem. The main cat5 cable from my router to the main switch distribution point was defective. Fingers crossed

On Ubuntu system - I tested the 18th June show and it played for over 1h20m before I stoppped it. So no problem with the show or the delivery network.
