    Server HTTP Port Number: 9000
    Operating system: Debian - EN - utf8
    Platform Architecture: x86_64-linux
    Perl Version: 5.26.1 - x86_64-linux-gnu-thread-multi

Do other aspects of your system work with the internet? Is there
anything specific about your setup which you haven't told us? Firewall?

Before and after upgrade I have access to the Internet from LAN (10.10.10.0 - enp3s0f1) and WLAN (10.10.11.0 - wlp4s0) and gate 192.168.15.1. I use unbound as DNS resolver and shorewall as firewall tool. I didn't touch the settings of both since network seems to work properly.
I receive from my ISP IP address 192.168.15.145 (on the enp1s0 network interface) which from outside (from the internet) is seen as public IP 46.xxx.xxx.xxx

    Hi,

AFAIK a ISP would give you only a /30 Network. IMHO they would not give you access to a /24 Network)
But - 145 is the first Host for a /30 Network - a ISP (IMHO) always uses the first Host itself not for the customer.

How could I change LMS server IP?
    change it in
    /etc/defaults/logitechmediaserver
    Code:
    SLIMOPTIONS="--httpaddr a.b.c.d --cliaddr a.b.c.d --streamaddr a.b.c.d"
a.b.c.d stands for the used IP

See the report from my firewall.
    http://paste.ubuntu.com/p/bZVMhYy8vC/

I catch few seconds after start of LMS.
Maybe there is something suspicious to you. Something which block LMS external access...:
Players connected to LMS via LAN/WLAN works OK.

i didnt understand your issue and i didnt have the time to read your log without more info.

seems as a "works as designed" procedure to me?

After upgrade LMS lost external connection e.g. can't connect external streems and services eg, radio, spotify, tidal etc. Can't connect LMS plugins repository, mysqueezbox.com, LMS update etc.

I can only play music from the files stored locally (LAN/WLAN).
