Last night, 4/15 PM, while the time was displaying I did get the Boom streaming a station. While it continued to stream the audio the display showed the station data...however it was for a different station! While streaming the audio, the display switched to showing... "can't connect...left to go back, push knob to" That eventually went away and the display started showing the wrong station again on display. Very unusual behavior. Pressing the Pwr Button, took about 30 seconds and then switched off. My phone APP "SB Player" still shows about every 20 seconds, "command stream error".."reconnecting". The Squeeze Connect APP used with SB Player no longer works due to loss of connection. So, not just my BOOM radio issue.

Cannot Connect to mysqueezebox.com fromSqueezebox Radio
> Done via email
Thanks - and Bingo! Your device is one of 13 unlucky units which are
connected to this lagging instance. My suggestion would be you totally
power it off, and leave it off for an hour or two. Then you try again.
By then the load-balancer will hopefully have forgotten your unit and
will connect you with a working instance.
We're working on it. Seriously!

Thank you very much for these details! It kind of matches what we're
seeing: that service instances is handling the slimproto connection for
your device. Controllers (such as the SB Player) would use a different
protocol, and rely on the database to tell what slimproto service
instance the player was connected to. Now that particular service
instance is complaining about requests for players which it believes are
not connected to it. As if the database was out of sync. Or the player
was actually connected to some other server/instance.

Solved!!!!!
Unplugged the Squeezebox BOOM yesterday and replugged into power after being off for 13 hours.
Unfortunately, the same problems existed upon trying for an hour fussing with the BOOM...very slow response to all buttons pushed if any.
So, after an hour I managed to get it to turn off with the pwr button...took many attempts.
Overnight, I noticed the clock on and no "connecting" on display like I had seen before.
So, this morning, the Alarm went off and the station started playing as setup!
I then tried other stations and buttons and all worked immediately without any delays or errors.
It is now working properly once again!
Thanks to all for the hand holding and work to get things going again.

Verizon FIOs connection issue started yesterday; works fine with T-Moble hotstop
Two radios stopped working as described by others in this thread. No changes to either or to the home network. Grace Digital WIFI radio continues to work fine. But both Squeezebox Radios stopped and have the same problem.
I connected them to Ethernet cable directly to the Verizon router and they do not work. I tried to connect from a desktop browser to http://www.mysb.com/ and can not, I get a site not found error on Verizon network.
When I use a cell phone and create a WIFI hotspot on the T-Moble network, the Squeezebox radios both work fine, just as they had on the Verizon network until yesterday.
Hope that network specific information helps someone!
Cheers.

You obviously don't have a SB problem, but a Verizon problem.

Cannot connect my 2 Radios
Both of my Radios cannot connect to mysqueezebox.com.
Both of my Booms are connected and working properly.
I know there have been problems recently. Is there a process I should attempt to get reconnected?
I have shut down both radios and restarted (holding power button until they go off and then restarting). I've also done a factory reset on one of the radios. Still no connection.
Thanks for any assistance!
