I can no longer access mysqueezebox.com (i.e. I don't see all the menu items for example, Search) from my Logitech Squeezebox Radio and the WiFi icon on the display is 'red'. The Radio is connected to my wireless network. I can access mysqueezebox.com from my browser. What does the 'red' icon indicate? Any thoughts on why this is happening or any ideas that will help me resolve this issue? Thanks.

Red means the radio cannot connect to mysqueezebox.com - obviously. As
for the reasons:
- did you try a wired connection?
- did anything about your network change recently?
- did you try to power down the Radio and router?
(bonus question: are you the same person who tweeted me about this issue?)

Cannot Connect to mysqueezebox.com from Squeezebox Radio
I have the same issue. I have one radio using a wireless connection and one using a wired connection. Both radio's have the red icon in the lower right corner. Nothing has changed with my computer/network. I'm located on Long Island.

Thanks for investigating.
I have 3 Squeezebox Radios that all died in the wee hours yesterday and this has been driving me crazy, figuring that they were now defunct.
Much network fiddling and resets of all devices and frustration ensued.
It appears that things have indeed healed and my radios are all working again now!

Nope!
My Squeezebox BOOM has not been working properly for several days here in N. CA
"Can't connect" I can unplug it and try again...network is fine as it connects thru my wifi ok and then "connecting"....NOPE! Nothing
Repeat and after several attempts it will work again........BUT it is very slow to respond. Must wait 15 to 60 seconds to get a response...all menu items...slow.
Hope they replace the hardware for my area soon.

Could you please test again? I found that some systems had been
auto-replaced - which doesn't always work 100% as expected...

Me too!
Add me to the list, lost connectivity last night. Has been driving me crazy trying to troubleshoot, then found this forum.
Same symptoms, red wifi icon, network diags pass, i can ping the radio etc...
Network info shows its registered, ping okay , tcp ports 3483 and 9000 okay.
If i watch that window, the server ip address for mysqueezebox.com keeps changing slowly,
currently i see 54.234.196.19 54.80.75.58, 54.158.162.59
Location: Maryland (US)
Software: 7.7.3r16676 (anything newer??)
Thanks!
