Sonos is WAY over priced and you are COMPLETELY stuck doing it their way! You MUST use their hardware. Sonos in my opinion is for people that think iTunes is the way to organize one's Music and that need plug and play. YMMV!
The Sonos rep at CEDIA asked me to say one good thing about Sonos and my reply was simply, "It's expensive!".iPhone

I don't fully agree. They look good, they sound good. I created the upnpbridge because I wanted to have LMS controlling Sonos. It works pretty well and give me both worlds Originally Posted by iPhone

don't do sonos. go with bluesound. everything about bluesound is a million times better than sonos:
- 192/24 support
- MQA support
- Bluetooth support
- in a side to side comparison on how things sound with same speakers, bluesound is way betterLMS 7.9.1 on QNAP 219P+
