sbt dac chip/sound signature

I prefer the touch sound signature to
some dacs costing 10 times the going
$200 ish USA used SBT price. What
dac chip is in the SBT? I realize that
it comes down to implementation but
I am curious what current production
dacs have the touch tone. A dac that
has the sound of what the SBT might
have evolved to if it wasn't discontinued.
