    Tidal app stops after one track

    Hi all you experts.

    Been using Squeezebox Classic for many years. Just got me a SB Touch. One of the reasons for the upgrade was to be able to play directly from the Tidal app, and not through IckStream.

    But when I play music through the Tidal app it mainly stops after one track. Sometimes it continues playing the album as its supposed to. But stops after af couple of tracks.

    When playing my local FLACs from my NAS, it works fine.

    The setting "Play other tracks from the album or folder" in the LMS settings is on.

    Hope anyone can help me on this one.

    more info to the phenomenon.

    When stopping the following message appears for a moment.

    "Session does not have playback privileges".

    Whats going on?

    Same problem here today...... anyone know why?
    @polyfemos: If u using Tidal through ickstream does it work OK?

    EDIT: I solved it by restarting my LMS PC

    I'm not running LMS anymore. When I got a Touch I sacked my NAS. I'm running my SB through Mysqueezebox.com.
    Tidal support suggested me to uninstall the app. It worked for a while. Now its back again. Its a pain....!!!!

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    After writing back and forth with the Tidal Support, they concluded

    Please contact the Squeezebox Support Team as they developed the interface with the TIDAL backend and should be able to help resolve your issue.

    I'm sorry, missed that thread.

    Please PM me your tidal account name so I can see whether there's
    something in our log files.

    Is this happening to you all the time, or only like every few hours
    etc.? And are you living in EU or US (or closer to which one)?

    Hi Michael,
    I'm having this problem as well, pretty persistently. Rebooting hasn't helped, nor has reinstalling the app.

    The issue seemed to occur when my kids played music from my tidal account at the same time as I tried streaming from my squeezebox.

    Could that be the same issue in your case?

    Try a family subscription for a month and see if that helps?

    I'm the only user in my household, and I only use one device. Thanks for the suggestion!
