    I've only experienced the 404 Not Found: plugins/Extensions/settings/plugins/ShairTunes2W/settings/basic.html message when libcrypt-openssl-rsa-perl is not installed.

    However I see from your log that there may be an issue with mDNS publishing. It seems that, perhaps, an appropriate mDNShelper might not been found. E.g.:
    [19-09-28 11:48:00.9339] Slim::Utils::Misc::msg (1256) Warning: [11:48:00.9333] Use of uninitialized value $mDNShelper in concatenation (.) or string at /var/lib/squeezeboxserver/cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins/ShairTunes2W/Plugin.pm line 313.
    That could be a red herring, but I would suggest setting the plugin's log setting to info on the 'Advanced/Logging' settings page, 'Save logging settings for use at next application restart', restart the server, and see if anything more can be seen.

    Here is the current server log (not the one suggested by yourself. I can do that later if required, I'm a bit busy at the moment, sorry).

    No server log needed, you were simply suffering from a lack of libcrypt-openssl-rsa-perl.
    An earlier poster did seem to have that installed, yet still had the problem. I had assumed you were in the same position...

    I’m thinking of revisiting this plugin if someone who uses it regularly can confirm something for me.
    Can you incorporate the resultant player into a group of players set up via Group Player and then stream from an iDevice to that group with full metadata?

    I’m thinking of subscribing to Amazon HD.

    NB I do appreciate that AirPlay is 16/44.1 only so not expecting the UltraHD to work without loss

    Your question doesn't make sense to me. This plugin does not create a player, it makes existing players accessible as output devices under Apple Airtunes. So I can, for example, redirect the audio output on my iPad to one of my LMS players.

    Perhaps I've simply misunderstood you.

    I realise that it creates AirPlay targets from existing players but I haven't made myself clear have I?

    I want to take the output from an iPad or iPhone and stream it to a synchronised group of LMS players i.e. I have a specific group set up via Group Player - does ShairtunesW recognised that Group Player as a target and send audio and metadata?

    Yes, I regularly stream out to a group of two such players.

    I've never used one, so I wouldn't know where to look, or what intricacies there may be.

    Might you simply need to adapt some of the steps from here ?
